　　Title:新疆大區銷售經理

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Developing sales market拓展銷售市場;

　　2.Building sales net in different areas.在不同的區域建立銷售網絡;

　　3.Cooperating dealers to sell indirectly the full range of products配合經銷商間接出售全系列產品;

　　4.Working together with dealers for the tender organized by local government

　　與經銷商一起參與由地方政府組織的招標活動;

　　5.Focus on the changes and opportunity on local Agri-Policy

　　關注當地農機政策的變化，抓住機遇;

　　6.Helping dealers to put LEMKEN products to have their subsidy of government

　　幫助經銷售為雷肯產品辦理政府補貼;

　　7.Making sales planning with dealers與經銷商一起制定銷售計劃;

　　8. Organize Agri-Mechanic Fair and Demo show組織農業機械展覽會和產品演示會;

　　Requirement:

　　1. Successful completion of Agriculture Engineering technical or related education back ground農業工程技術或相關教育背景;

　　2. More than 5 years Sales relative working experience in foreign investment company 5年以上外企相關銷售工作；

　　3. Solid technical understanding of agricultural industrial machinery充分理解農機工業技術;

　　4. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing擅長英語聽說讀寫;

　　5. Highly motivated and strong result driven attitude上進心強，強烈的結果導向態度;

　　6. Strong understanding of western culture and working style對西方文化和工作方式有深入的了解;

　　7. Willing to travel frequently能接受頻繁出差;

　　8. Good at maintenance of customer relationship擅長客戶關系維護;

　　9. Driving licence is must必須具有駕照.

　　10. Based in Xjingjiang Area, Home-office if no business travel此崗位基于整個新疆地區，在不出差的情況下，可以選擇家庭辦公；

　　Title:售后服務工程師-技術員

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Coordinate the technical documentation and information between the factory and the dealers/distributors on a daily base but also via training sessions that you need organize and execute

　　組織參加培訓會議，并且在會議期間和日常工作中對于工廠和經銷商/分銷商之間的技術文件和信息進行協調與交流;

　　2. Support dealers and distributors in technical issues and to administrate warranties在技術方面和對產品質保的管理上支持經銷商和分銷商;

　　3. Organize good logistics of original parts and support the sales development of parts為經銷商/分銷商提供一個良好的原廠備件的后勤保障，并且支持配件銷售市場的發展;

　　4. Actively organize and conduct demonstrations, field demos, trade fairs and sales promotion積極組織開展示范、田間演示、展會和市場促銷等活動;

　　Activities活動區域

　　1. Travel across Western Part ofChina and occasional to neighboring areas to prepare the set-up and take part in different field demonstrations as well as trade fairs

　　出差的地點是中國西部地區，偶爾需要到其他相鄰區域準備建立并參與各類田間演示和展會;

　　2. Others as assigned by manager區域銷售經理布置的其他任務;

　　Requirement:

　　1. University degree, majored in agricultural mechanical or other related professions or similar training大學本科學歷，主修農業機械或其他相關專業或具有相似的培訓經歷;

　　2. Three years of experience in a similar position preferably in the agricultural engineering, construction or automotive industry 3年類似的工作經驗，農業工程、建筑業和汽車行業尤佳;

　　3. High level of communication, willingness and ability to work in a team溝通能力強，能夠進行團隊合作;

　　4. Basic English language skills and MS office skills shall be available.掌握基本的英語語言技能，能夠運用常用的辦公軟件;

　　5. Based in Xjingjiang Area, Home-office if no business travel此崗位基于整個新疆地區，在不出差的情況下，可以選擇家庭辦公；
